RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION

RETURNS OR REFUND
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your use of our service, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with a reason where we’ve failed to delivery our service in the promised time and cost. Please retain the receipt for this. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The processing period for a Return, Refund or Cancellation request is 2 days after you've submitted the receipt of the trip or reason of your trip. Please send us your registered email ID/phone number to us. In case you're not registered, send us as many details about the Return, Refund or Cancellation in questions. We'll also be needing your bank details in order to reverse the transaction. It'll take 7 - 10 days after this for the payment to be transferred back in your bank account.
When you file for a refund, it will take a total of 21 days for us to process your request, cross check and deposit the payment back in your account. If for some reason it is going to take longer than 21 days, we'll inform you well in advance.
